"I have been riding for 30 + years, the last 9 mainly Harley-Davidson bikes. This past April (2007) I traded my '04 Harley FXDWGI on an '07 BMW R 1200 RT. What a difference on long road trips! Live and learn as they say. This BMW is the most comfortable bike I have ever owned, and is terrific on the highway. I have been taking some nice trips this season, and already have close to 6,000 miles on the bike. Lee Marks (Owner) did an excellent job on the sales presentation and trade-in discussion; then customer committment has carried on through to the great service James and the technicians provide at European Cycles of Pittsburgh. 5 Star Staff - Sales and Service......

"Unfortunately my BMW 1150GS had a problem with the input shaft bearing on the gearbox on my way back up to Ontario from North Carolina. Fortunately I made it to your dealership. Everyone from James, the Service Manager to Marcell the tech that worked on the bike, to the parts person who got the parts delivered the next day went above the call of duty to help get me back on the road the day after I arrived.
In my many miles of travelling and experiencing service at BMW dealers all over North America, this was, by far, the best service I have ever experienced.
The guys even kept working on the bike after their normal finish time. Despite the complicated repair, the bike ran flawlessly on the trip back home
You have a great team and I will always be very grateful to them for dropping everything to get me back on the road again in the shortest time possible. "

"OK guys, I am letting you know how much I like the new Wilbers suspension you recently installed on my BMW 2003 1150rt. This bike has NEVER handled as good as it does now. I bought this bike new and it now has a little over 63,000 miles on the clicker. The next time I buy a bike it will have Wilbers on it before it hits the road. "Not too long ago, I bought my first new bike from European Moto of PGH (then BMW Moto of PGH). It was a Triumph Daytona 650 (relatively inexpensive) and from day 1, I was treated like I had been a customer for years.
Considering the caliber of motorcycles available from them, I was always surprised at how pleasant my experiences with them were. Not once did I ever feel like I got lesser treatment because I had one of the more modestly priced bikes. The pleasure was always mine and as soon as the opportunity arose, I stepped up to a Ducati 999. I’ve put a ton of miles on it with every concern addressed excellently and I couldn’t imagine buying a motorcycle from anyone else.
